Hi everyone,

i have coma across an issue I cant fix.

I have always used outlook for pop email, the email is from my own domian.

Today i figured i will move to imap, this is where I have issue's.

When I open outlook on the left I see, personal folders this is where my pop accoun t is shown.

Under that i have my 2 imap accounts, one of them is the same as the pop account.

So I deleted the pop account and the personal folders are still there with my old pop email.

What i want to do is have my main email that is now imap to show in personal folders. I have created a new data file and it's still the same. I'm unable to make my data file the default one, so I created a new data file based on my email address and now my imap email is showing 2 times.

How can i have my main imap account show under personal folders and my other imap email show under that?

I hope this makes sense, if not please let me know..

Not possible. IMAP accounts will always have their own folders. IMAP cannot
accommodate any non-mail folders so you always need a folder set to contain
Calendar, Contacts, Notes, Tasks, etc.
