Is this newsgroup DOWN???

I posted a new message yesterday Friday 1/9 around 9:30am
and it hasn't shown up on the board yet! Also, the most
recent message showing up in the board as I check the
board now (24 hrs later) is the same message that was
there when I submitted mine for posting yesterday. This
board seemed to receive an average of 3 messages an hour.
Suddently, there are no messages in 24 hrs!!! I have
checked the board from 2 different PCs during the last 24
hrs with no luck. Is this system DOWN?

Hi - you might want to consider using a newsreader like Outlook Express or
Forte Agent rather than the web interface to the newsgroups - it's a lot
easier to do nearly everything there, including searching, which is always a
good idea to do before you post. The Microsoft public news server is
msnews.microsoft.com and you can subscribe to as many groups as you like.
