Is this a new Virus ?

i have Xp Prof. with IE ver. 6 installed on my pc.
now since 10'th sep. my ie responds wierd.
whenever i move mouse on web page it starts to scroll.
is this a new virus ?
care to help me ?

Could be your mouse going bad.

Could always check for parasites.
