Hi! a little different from my other post. from the insert menu there are
two submenu items that seem to be the same but are they? from the sub
menu"Insert Web Component" / "Advance controls" / movie in flash format. and
the other way from the sub menu "Picture" / Movie in flash format. Now are
both the same or are they different?

Basically I want to insert a movie clip into a page and have it play when
the page loads.
should I use these methods? right now my movie clips are in mpeg format but
I am wondering if I should convert them in flash for FP 2003. would it be
best too for greater functionality options?

I really need some info as I really don't know which way to go.

1) yes they are the same options
2) you don't need to convert to flash
for movies you may want to download the media addin for FP
See http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage/downloads/addin/searchdetail.asp?a=113

I don't have "Movie in Flash Format" from the Insert > Web Component > Advanced
the list of components I have are:
HTML
Java Applet
Plug-in
Confirmation Field
ActiveX control
Design Time Control (greyed out).

and under Insert > Picture there is no option for "Flash File" or anything else
related.

(using FP 2002).

Obviously FP 2003 has a few extra features there.
