Is there way to diable configuring ptofile for office products?

Hi there?
Whenever a new user logs on to a win2k
workstaion for the first time, and clicks on the any
office product it popsup a window and says windows
configuring office and this goes on for while . is there
way to aviod this, so that whenever user logs on to for
the first time it directly opens office suite.
