Is there going to be native text-to-speech in office?

There used to be a speech bar in office to speak commands. Is there any
thought about text to speech in the new office. The speech recognition is
working well and it would be great to be able to have the system read email
and writings in word.

Text to speech is native in Windows XP (for some languages). Office relies
on that.

Robert,

First thank you for the reply. I am sorry not to have made my question
clearer. I am running the Microft Office Beta on Vista Beta and there does
not appear to be any way to all the wonderful and vivacious "Microsoft Anna"
to read the mail in Outlook or text in word.

It there currently, plans to be able to do this natively or with a pluggin?

Thank for both your knowledge and your time,

iam
