is there anyway I could listen to my music on home computer at work over
internet?

both computer windows xp pro.
 
I don't think your boss would like that. Actually you can, but the
easiest way to do this is to burn your home music to CDs and take
them to work with you. You can also listen to them in your car on
the way to work. What you want to do is not very feasible.
