Is there any way to edit a recieved message in Outlook

I get messages sometimes that I'd like to annotate with information that
wouldn't go into a reply.

Is there any way I can edit or add a comment to an e-mail that I've received
(and change the subject like to indicate that I've done so?)

I use Outlook 2003

Thanks -- this is what I needed...I hadn't "expanded" my menu options and
the help file (my first strategy) didn't provide the information.

I'm using a follow-up flag to indicate a message that I've edited, which
should be as effective as adding a notation to the subject line.

Thanks again!

We tried that and upon entering the text we wanted to in the email message
when we clicked forward the entire message was blank...what did we do wrong?
In essence, what my user is trying to accomplish is this:
she receives an email which she is being asked questions in;
she then wants to reply with the answers right nest to the questions. When
she initailly did this she chose, Edit, Edit Message, type her responses,
then when she clicked on Forward the message was empty.
Thanks :)
