Is there any way for Task Assigner to edit or update tasks...

I'm trying to figure out how an individual can update MS Outlook Tasks after
the task(s) have been assigned to delegates. (ie, if changes have been made
to a task request, or the deadline changes for some reason, the assign-er
would like to update the task and inform the assign-ee.

We're running Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003, and are interested in preferrably
a lightweight solution, if we can't do this natively in Outlook. I'm
interested in writing modifications to Outlook in VBA if necessary, I've done
plenty of VBA in other apps, just not Outlook...

Once a task is assigned and accepted it belongs to whoever accepted
ownership and no longer to you. You cannot then modify that task you no
longer own.
