Is there an option for sending excel sheets as a mail attachment .

I have generated some files ( CSV and webpage viewable) using cold fusion.
I need to have a way to send them to mail recepients via intranet everyday.
In unix I generally setup cron tab jobs.. is there anything like this in
Excel.
