Is there an easier way to add transitions in photo story 3

When adding multiple different transitions in photo story 3 it's annoying
everytime you go to the next pitcure, the transion window goes back up to the
top is there anyway to make it stay put so you don't have to scroll down
every time you want to add another transition.

There is no way to keep this window control from scrolling.
