Is there an access database to allow equipment to be booked?

We have several assests at work, and I am trying to find an access database
(preferably), whereby staff members can book this equipment. Like an
electronic diary, for vehicle bookings, etc.

If your office use Outlook with Exchange Server back-end, this collaboration
application is virtually inbuilt and you can customise it to suit your
needs.

I did something like this with Outlook97 and Exchange (version 4.???).
Unfortuately, I haven't touched Exchange for a long time and only do basic
things with Outllook so I can't give you any details of the set-up.

This may be the most efficient/economical option for you.
