Is there a way to use the Citation tool to make footnotes as well?

I want to use the citation form to create footnote sitations as well, not
just the parenthetical citation.

I'm having a tough time finding good information on Word 2007's Citation
Manager. This is the best I've found:

And in the comment, the manager for the Citation Manager says they are
not supporting footnotes. That's from the beta last summer, my guess is
it hasn't changed.
