is there a way to stop a message coming?

i have had a very large message sent and have only a dial up connection is
there a way to cancel this message and maybe get it to not be downloaded, or
go back to sender with not recieved message or something
 
Go to your ISP web mail page and delete from there.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
