In Outlook 2002, you could check to see if you have "grid lines" set. While
clicked on the Inbox, select View/current view/customize current view/other
settings...under "Grid Lines" check to make sure that "no grid lines" is
selected in the "grid line style:" drop down window. Also check to see that
your current view is set for "messages".
In Outlook 2003, there does not appear to be this trail of menus. Any ideas for Outook 2003 on how to remove the horizontal lines between email messages?
It is the same as R. Funk mentioned for Outlook 2002. Except the menu to it
is now View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Customize Current view-> button
Other Settings.
