Is there a way to move the arrows in the groups?

Hello

I was wondering if there is a way to move the arrows in the groups. For
example the Detail group has a down arrow saying that the detail data
will be the one below that header. Is there a way to move that arrow
up? to the detail data will be the one above instead of below

No. What difference could it make whether the Detail definition space is
above or below? The lines/bars you describe don't appear on the Report when
it is printed, but only in design view.
