Is there a way to delete lots of emails at once,

Is there a way to highlight a lot of emails so i can delete them quickly? It
is very tedious to select one and hold the control key and go through and
highlight them one at a time.

Do they all have something in common on which you can search? If so, search
on that commonality and then select all of them (Ctrl+A) in the Advanced
Find dialog and hit the Del key. You'll still probably want to review the
search results to make sure all of them are what you want to delete.

The same techniques for selecting files in Windows Explorer holds true for
selecting items in Outlook. Ctrl+click works to select one file at a time
(to toggle its selection for inclusion in your list). Shift works to select
a whole bunch of them at a time: select the first item and then Shift+click
on the last item (can be before or after the first selected item) and select
all items between those two endpoints (including those endpoints).
