is there a way to change outlook colors to other then those onthe.

i would like to change the appearance of my Outlook screen to something other
then what is available under the customize tab. i have no idea if this is
possible and if it is possible how?
 
The general colour scheme is controlled by the Windows Colour Scheme / heme.
