Is there a way to adjust auto user pw changes in a win2k peer to p

My company is running a peer to peer windows 2000 pro network. Currently, I
have to go through each computer once a month and reset everyone's passwords
so they will all connect to each other consistently. Is there a way to
change the length of time in between mandatory pw changes? At current only
the Administrator password stays current. I would much prefer to only have
to update my power user passwords every 3-6 months or as an administrative
change occurs (very rare).

It's part of your local policy. Run gpedit.msc, then follow this path:
Local Computer Policy / Windows Settings / Security Settings / Account
Policies / Password Policy / Maximum password age
