is there a way of saving emails and selectively not saving the at.

I am an Outlook user and want to save emails but often do not want to save
some or all of the attachments that went with the email. Can this be done?

Open up the e-mail by double clicking it. When it is open, single-click on
the attachment(s) you do not wish to save and press your delete key. When
you're done with this you will likely get a "Do you wish to save changes"
message box when you close the e-mail window. Say yes and those attachments
should be gone.
