Is there a utility that can strip attachments off the mails in Ou.

I am trying to find if there is a utility that can take out the attachments
from amils in Outlook 2003 and keep them secure in a folder on the computer
There is one called Outlook Attachment Save....but I am not sure how to use
it...can anyone help?
