Is there a MSN Messenger Newsgroup?

I asked a question a while ago (in thie group) about MSN Messnger, but
because this newsgroup (and many others) update so fast, it dropped lower
and lower very quickly, is there a specific newsgroup for Msn Messenger, I
did a search with my OE but I have heard specific ISP's can filter
Newsgroups, is this true? does one exsist that I am not seeing?

Oh, just for reference, if the person reads this is a Msn Messsnger user and
knows why when I sometimes click my Msn 6.1 Icon it screen comes up
Installing then it starts up? It would be greatly appreciated if you could
tell me why it is doing this? it is annoying, because I re-arrange my start
bar, so it is all organised into sub-categories, but when it comes up
installing, it dumps another icon in the main Start/All Programs, which I
proceed to move....
