I have a spell check in outlook but I can not find a grammer check. Is there
a tag to check to use the grammer check or is there a add-on program for
grammer?

If you use Word as your email editor, it'll check both grammar & spelling.

You could use Word as the e-mail compose editor called by Outlook - assuming
you have Word.

tools, options, mail format. you do need to have the same version of outlook
and word installed to use word as the editor.
