Hi ... Whenever I download a program it will download ok but to get the
program to install there seem to be 510 seconds delay before it will
install , Is there some setting that I can correct with this matter ?
Normally with other computers it will download ok and there might be 1
or 2 seconds delay before it goes into the install process , So is
there a fix for this ?

TIA

No that program is really just a registry cleaner. I was thinking that you
had a registry protector like Regprot or similar which guards all changes to
the reg and in most cases asks for permission before anything can install or
run. I was using a program called Previx which did this and it slowed my
whole system down because it would do a check on every program before it
gave it access or any new program I tried to install. You could give a
blanket OK to any new program to let it install or run but then it still
checked any activity in the registry before it would allow it to run in fact
all registry activity was watched by this program and it made the PC run
slow.

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes
unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing
up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities
such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally
taking less that a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware! :)
