Is there a file for updates since SP2?

I need to reformat my HD and re-install XP Pro. I have the SP2 file
and am just dreading the Windows Update step where I download all
those updates since SP2. Is there a place to get all those updates
(from SP2 to present) in one file?

If you are on high-speed internet, it won't take long for the
updates. On dial-up (shudder), between 6 and 8 hours should get
most of them from Microsoft.
