Is there a download to fix the compatibility issues in frontpage 2

I created a page with tables and a marquee. The table has just the outside
borders in orange and pink and the inside I made invisible and the marquee I
made it scroll once. The page looks fine in explorer but in Netscape 7.1 the
table borders are all visible and black and the marquee scroll is infinite.
Is there a way to override this incompatibility? Or, is there an upgrade to
fix this problem? Does Netscape 8.0 fix this problem?

You will find that Internet Explorer is a bit more forgiving of bad html
code. Other browsers are not so forgiving.

Netscape 8.0 might fix the problem when you are looking at the site, but
what of the millions of users that have no intention of upgrading in the
near future. You should also check your site using Firefox and Opera.

It's not something that can be fixed, since nothing is broken. You are using
MS proprietary features.

NS6 and up supports the Marquee tag, but may have implemented it differently from IE.

NS8 use both the IE and Firefox rendering engines, depending on the type of site you are accessing,
so the inline style, such as table borders, just may appear as they appear in IE.
