I occasionally backup my .pst file, format my disk and re-install.

I get so much SPAM/Junk and add each to my Junk email senders list. Do
I lose this list when I re-install and copy the .pst file back?

Regards

If you're using Outlook prior to 2003, the file "junk senders.txt" is
located in the hidden folder
%appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook. It's just a text file, so copy it as you will.
Outlook 2003 doesn't use that file. The locations of all Outlook files can
be found here: http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm

Thanks very much for the reply.

It's stated the Safe and blocked senders list is:

Stored in mailbox as a hidden message

Does this mean within the .pst file?

Regards

John
