Is Service Pack needed after installing FTP?

I installed Win2000 Advanced Server on a machine. I installed SP4. I
went to Windows Update and installed all of the patches. I realized that I
needed to run an FTP Server on that machine so I then installed the FTP
service.

My question is: Do I need to install the SP4 again? If so, will this
wipe out all of the Windows Updates that came out after SP4?

You can re-run it to be sure it you like. But this time don't have it keep a
backup of replaced files since you already did that the first time.
