is-RR93F.exe file? What the heck is that?

I loaded a trial version of Registry Mechanic 4 from majorgeeks.com and my
MS Anti-spyware blocked an executable from running that was called is-
RR93f.exe. It was dated 6-27-04. It was in the WinNt directory and seems to
have a companion file called is-RR93f.lst which has the following script:

* List of files to be registered on the next reboot. DO NOT EDIT! *

E:\WINNT\system32\msvbvm60.dll
E:\WINNT\system32\MSCOMCTL.OCX
E:\WINNT\system32\scrrun.dll

I renamed the executable to is-rrfexe.old and did the same with the lst
extension. I uninstalled Registry Mechanic 4 and reinstalled a version I
downloaded from download.com. The strange thing is that the majorgeeks
version asked for a reboot while the download.com version didn't after
installing. Secondly, the is-RR93f.exe wasn't reinstalled.

A google check can't find either of these files. Anybody have any clues?

This to files seems like installer files (probably Instalshield) needed
to replace files that are currently locked (by running process).
They will be replaced on next reboot. Probably next time You shut off
process that was using those files so the efect was like You described.
