Is possible to Show Heading 1 or 2 etc?

I really like Office 2007 but one of the things I miss from 2003 is the
ability to have a document show things in Outline view the way you want them
with the click of a button (one button).

That is, as I remember it, in 2003, I was able to add certain icons to the
top of my word document that read like

Show Heading 1
Show Heading 2
Show Heading 3 etc

When I clicked on one of these icons the document would expand or contract
according to the selection, and show me just what I wanted to see. I know I
can do something similar in 2007 with the Show Level Text box, but it's not
quite as convenient. I'd really like to just be able to click on just one
button to see whatever level of view I want. Is this possible in 2007? If
the options are still available I know enough to create a custom ribbon if I
had to.

If the buttons are available on the Ribbon, you should be able to
right-click on them and add them to the QAT. If they're not on the
Ribbon, then you have to go into Customize QAT and search through the
All Commands list to find the ones you need.

Office 2007 does not seem to have this option any more. It used to be
called, litterally "Show Heading 1" Or "Show Heading 2" etc. There are no
items in the all commands list with this kind of verbiage. Do you have any
other suggestions?

I'm not an Outline user myself, but I see that if you right-click on
the dropdown by Show Level on the Outline tab of the Ribbon, you can
add that "gallery" to the QAT, and it looks like that would almost do
what you want.
