And is it more secure to send and receive email using Outlook than Outlook Express
Is charged email box more secure than free email?
It is always a risk to the private information using free email service such as hotmail?

None of them are 100% secure and safe. Any time you have
packets of data traveling around on a network connection
there is always a risk of them being captured by someone.
Unless you have reasons to be suspicious, I wouldn't worry
too much about it. Just always play it safe and never put
any information in a email that could be used against
you. (Priviate or personal info, financial account
numbers, etc) Play by the golden rule, never put
something in a email that you wouldn't want to show up on
a news broadcast!
