is outlook contact sensitive case??

Hi,
I am using Ms Outlook 2007. I would like to know how to search contact I do
not have to use exact upper case or lower case for contact I am looking for.
For example, contact name HRUSA when I search for contact hrusa it can not
retrieve the contact. Is there away to set up so I can search it in any
case? Thank you very mucy
