Is outlook 2002 able to give a warning message if there aren't any files attachment?

Greetings:

I am wondering if there is a way making Outlook 2002 to check for files
attachment before sending your message and give you a "warnings" if
there aren't any files attachment in your message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not natively, no. You might be able to write some macro code to do it if
you really wanted to. Or you could check at http://www.slipstick.com to
see if they have anything in their Utilities section.
