Is My Host Telling Me the Truth?

Using FP 2002 I tried to get a Usage Summary Report and received this
message: "There is no usage data available for this web, because it has not
been published to a server that supports usage analysis".

I contacted the Host who first suggested I use their analysis tool, but I
pressed them further saying theirs was not built in and FP's was, and
therefore I wanted to use FP to supply the Usage Summary Report. The message
I got back was:

"Please contact microsoft. We have nothing to do with that"
..
Is this a server extension issue with something that just needs to be turned
on or enabled? They use: CPanel Version: 7.4.2-STABLE, Build 117
and I can either Install, Uninstall or Reinstall the extensions but I can't
tweak them. I still want to use the FP Usage Reports. Can someone advise me
on what I should next? Thanks for any guidance.

You may be right. Web Settings shows Ver 5.

Keep in mind that if they do have the FP2002 extensions, that it doesn't
sound like they have any plan of supporting the feature, so if you want to
use it, then you will have to switch host.

You can determine which version of the extensions are installed for your
account by opening your live site directly in FP, then Tools | Web Settings

Ver 4.... FP2000 extensions
Ver 5.... FP2002 extensions
