usage reports

I am trying to access my usage report from FP 2002 but I
am getting the following message:
There is no usage data available because it has not been
published to a server that supports usage analysis.
I contacted my webhost who said the problem is on the
client side and how I have setup FP.
What can I do?

Does you host have the FP 2002 extensions installed? If yes, then they have
configure them to provide you with the stats.
