Is it safe to install latest updates?

Has anyone had any problems installing the two latest updates, 824145 and
828035? I read the post where someone seemed to be having a scrolling
problem with IE and the first update. Should I wait or go for it? What
appears to be causing the scrolling problem anyway? Is it a conflict with
certain hardware?

No problem,install it.If you face problem then later you may uninstall it.
