Is it possible to use the OE-WAB in Outlook 2002 ?

Hi, I wonder, is it possible to use the "old" adress book
*.wab instead of the buildtin adress book / contacts in
Outlook 2002 ?

The old wab has a much better search functionality than
the adress / contacts functions in Outlook 2002.

Ps; I have more than 1000 adresses . .

If there is a way to do this, ( even editing the
registry), I would appreciate it highly !

You might also send an email to (e-mail address removed) ;-)

Thanks !

No. Outlook cannot use the WAB. Nor does the WAB have a more robust search
capacity than the Outlook Address Book.
You can do the reverse, however. You can import your WAB Contacts into
Outlook, then use a reg hack to force the WAB to use your Contacts Folder.
