Is it possible to use a movie file as a background?

Is it possible to use a movie file as a background without it coming to the
foreground and hiding my text boxes?
 
Hi,

No. Video will always come to the top. You have to either add in your
elements to the movie or change it to animated gif. Neither solution is all
that brillaint ;-)
