Is it possible to turn a form into a data access page?

I am needing others to be able to update data in my access database...however
they are not entirely competent so I thought it would be easier to create a
simple form and make it into a data access page. Problem is: I am not sure
that I can do this. So far I am only able to use tables or queries to make
data access pages, and this isn't what I want.
