Is it possible to transfer ownership of an outlook calender?

I have been using the outlook calender to organize and alert me to past due
files that I need to track. These responsibilities have recently been
transfered to a co-worker and I need to transfer the information. Ideally I
would like to be able to allow her to take ownership without any difficulty
or effort on her part. Is there a way to do this?
