Outlook calender should be able to pop up reminders even if Outlo.

The Outlook Calender is one of the most powerful of it's kind I 've seen.
however it's seriously lacking in one area. The calender needs a feature
added to it that will allow reminders to pop up without having to open the
porgram. The "Works" Calender has this function, but to install a whole
suite of programs I won't use this should be incorporated into "Outlook".
Please come out with a patch or update for this!! Because of this I have
been looking into other calenders.

Works calendar loads at startup but not as an active window. For any
program to "work" it must be loaded into memory.

Yes I know it needs to be loaded into memory at start-up, I think this
portion of Outlook should be loaded at start-up. I personally do not always
need the email open all the time but the calender function is something that
is needed. Not all of "Works" is loaded at start-up either just the calender
is.
