Is it possible to put tally marks into Word?

I'm trying to transcribe some presentation documents, and they involve tally
marks. Are they possible to be put into Word at all?
 
Only manually. You can use "pipe" characters |||| for the uprights, but
you'll probably need to use a drawing line for the slanted crossbar.
