Under "Turn Off Computer" screen, it is possible to bring out "Hibernation"
option
by pressing "Shift" key.

But is it possible to put "Hibernation" option directly on "Turn Off
Computer" screen?

Thanks in advance.

If it helps you: actually you do not need to press SHIFT. Simply press
H for Hibernation when the shutdown dialog box is open.

There are lots of freeware programs for shutting down, rebooting or
hibernating. You could put a shortcut to one on your desktop or quick
launch bar with approprate command line switches for hibernate.

Some are here:-

Google for more.
