Is it possible to prevent selected text from being copied?

I have a document I that I have protected -- works great -- only thing, I
don't want the reader to have the option of highlighting text and then
copying and pasting from my protected document into a new document.

How can I protect my text? (Without jpg-ing it cuz it's like 15 pages long.)

You can't. Once you have give someone access to a documnet, you have
effectively lost control over it.
