Is it possible to open archive files ?

I have set my Outlook so that it periodically archives
certain folders. However, what I want to know is, once
stuff is archived, is it possible to access it again ? If
so, how ? it is stored in a .pst file.

Take note of the name and location of the PST file to which you are
archiving.
Then use File > Open > Outlook Data File... to open it.
