Is it possible to default save as msg format?

Hi all,

Is it possible set to default to save as msg format?
Or do it with VBA programming in Outlook or any another way to do so.

Becuase my user always forget to change the file type to
outlook Message Format (msg), just save as text or html,
so the attached file will be lost.
