Is it possible to de-activate windows XP Product Key???

I had some trouble getting my Router to work with windows
xp after activation. I had to revert my system back to ME
after only 1 day. Is it possible to de-activate my
activated code and then reinstall Windows XP again??

No, and it is not necessary.
Simply reinstall.
Worst case is a 5 minute call to Microsoft.

Your router could care less what OS you are running; in fact it can in no
way tell what OS you are running. Whatever your problem was, it did not lie
in the use Of Windows XP.
