Is it possible to create the Help tabs (Content, Index, Search) i.

Online help, whether web-based or winhelp provides a contents tab where the
user can see books and folders to navigate through the topics. Is it possible
to do something like this in Front Page?

Not directly, requires Java or ActiveX component, at least the ones I have seen.
