Is "ISEARCH" ok to have on my browser?

I some how got the ISEARCH toolbar on my browser
Is this alright to have or is this another AD-Ware pop-up inviter
If so, how could I remove it
I've tried Spybot and Ad-Aware but it doesn't find it

I am not sure if it is considered malware, but if Sypbot
nor Adaware tagged it, that must be some kind of sign
that it is not considered to be a problem. Here is some
