Is inetsrv.exe a legi Win file?

Hi,

I recently found this file inetsrv.exe is attempting to access Internet and
did a search on the net with mixed results.

Some articles referred it as a worm and some said it is a legit Win service
program.

I understand that some malware could fake themselves as a legit file, but my
question is, is there such a file belong to XP Pro?

It's a legitimate file, it's part of IIS (internet information services, the
server bundled with winxp pro)
